Six paperclips of different colours in a line23 April - 13 June 2024

The Squire Law Library exists primarily to support the research and educational needs of Cambridge University Law Faculty staff and students, and secondarily, the needs of the wider Cambridge University community.

During the Easter Term revision and exam period (Tuesday 23 April – Thursday 13 June inclusive) the first floor study area of the Library is reserved for Cambridge University law students and faculty members only. Some screens and docking stations on the second floor will also be reserved for the use of Cambridge University law students.

All Cambridge University card holders, and legal researchers who have made a prior arrangement to access the law collections, are welcome to use the second and third floor study areas (except for the reserved Law PhD area), and the docking stations on the third floor. Please have your University card available to show as you enter the Library during this time, if asked.

External researchers and sixth form students are welcome to apply for a Cambridge University Library card and can then make use of the main University Library, which is located around five minutes walk away. Please contact the Squire Law Library Team (squire@law.cam.ac.uk) in advance of your visit for further details.
